Refund Policy

This policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any of the reasons listed below, you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, unfortunately, I cannot offer you a refund.

Refund Requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

The product is defective (e.g., damaged poster)

The product is not as described

To ensure the above criteria are met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your refund, a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase is required. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, a refund will not be issued.

Shipping Items

To return an order, please contact us first.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the items you wish to return. The shipping costs will be refunded upon receiving the items.

Please ensure that the goods are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. If the product is found to be damaged or used beyond what is necessary for reasonable inspection, we may reject the refund.
